Marina: Você reparou como este ano simplesmente escorreu pelos dedos? Parece que 2025 mal começou e já estamos nos preparando para o Réveillon.
Renato: Nem me fale. Mesmo com tanta instabilidade e tantos imprevistos, a sensação é de que tudo passou num piscar de olhos.
Marina: Pelo menos conseguimos cumprir boa parte das metas. É um alívio perceber que o esforço não foi em vão.
Renato: Concordo. E, para coroar o ano, nada mais simbólico do que virar a noite em Copacabana, com aquela multidão vestida de branco e os fogos explodindo sobre o mar.
Marina: A atmosfera lá é quase hipnotizante. A cada virada, dá a impressão de que o tempo se renova de verdade.
Renato: E o curioso é que muita gente nem sabe que essa tradição do branco veio dos rituais de candomblé e umbanda, em homenagem a Iemanjá.
Marina: Pois é. Além das flores oferecidas ao mar e das velas, tem o ritual de pular sete ondas, fazendo um pedido em cada salto. Dizem que isso purifica e atrai boas energias.
Renato: Eu levo esse negócio de simpatia a sério. Já separei a roupa íntima amarela para chamar prosperidade e a verde para reforçar a saúde.
Marina: Eu ainda estou em dúvida entre o vermelho e o rosa. Não sei se priorizo paixão intensa ou um romance mais estável.
Renato: Enquanto você decide o destino afetivo, eu fico encarregado do espumante. Quero brindar à meia-noite com vista privilegiada para o show de fogos.
Marina: Combinado. E, entre um gole e outro, a gente revisa as resoluções para o ano novo. Aliás, você já refletiu sobre o que pretende mudar em 2026?
Renato: Quero ser mais disciplinado com a rotina. Menos procrastinação, mais foco em projetos de longo prazo e, de preferência, uma vida financeira mais organizada.
Marina: Eu, por outro lado, quero priorizar leveza. Viajar com mais frequência, cultivar o autoconhecimento e aprender a desacelerar sem culpa.
Renato: Parece um bom equilíbrio. A gente vive tão pressionado por produtividade que esquece de apreciar o presente.
Marina: É justamente essa sensação de recomeço que mais me encanta no Ano Novo brasileiro: a mistura de espiritualidade, festa e esperança.
Renato: E tudo isso ao som das ondas, com pés descalços na areia e aquele mar de gente celebrando junto.
Marina: Que a virada seja memorável, então. Que 2026 chegue trazendo saúde, afeto e oportunidades que a gente ainda nem consegue imaginar.
Renato: E que cada fogo de artifício ilumine um plano novo. Agora vamos, antes que a orla fique intransitável.

New Year’s Eve in Copacabana
Marina: Have you noticed how this year just slipped through our fingers? It feels like 2025 barely started and we’re already getting ready for New Year’s Eve.
Renato: Tell me about it. Even with so much instability and so many unexpected events, it feels like everything went by in the blink of an eye.
Marina: At least we managed to accomplish most of our goals. It’s a relief to realize the effort wasn’t in vain.
Renato: I agree. And to crown the year, nothing is more symbolic than staying up all night in Copacabana, with that crowd dressed in white and fireworks bursting over the sea.
Marina: The atmosphere there is almost hypnotic. At every New Year, it really feels as if time is being renewed.
Renato: And the curious thing is that many people don’t even know this tradition of wearing white came from Candomblé and Umbanda rituals in honor of Iemanjá.
Marina: Exactly. Besides the flowers offered to the sea and the candles, there’s the ritual of jumping seven waves, making a wish with each jump. They say it purifies and attracts good energy.
Renato: I take these good luck rituals seriously. I’ve already chosen yellow underwear to attract prosperity and green to reinforce health.
Marina: I’m still torn between red and pink. I don’t know whether to prioritize intense passion or a more stable romance.
Renato: While you decide your love life’s destiny, I’ll be in charge of the sparkling wine. I want to toast at midnight with a privileged view of the fireworks show.
Marina: Deal. And between sips, we can review our resolutions for the new year. By the way, have you thought about what you intend to change in 2026?
